Bircher Muesli
Super simple to make and delicious!
YOU WILL NEED:
Allergens: Recipe may contain gluten, wheat, egg, milk and lactose.
METHOD:
STEP 1.
Combine oats, water, lemon juice and sultanas in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
STEP 2.
Stir in yoghurt, apple and honey.
STEP 3.
Top with almonds and hazelnuts.
*This recipe development is still in progress, suggest adding more dried fruit to the above.
