Fruit Nut Fudge Brownies

This is super simple to make and delicious!

  • Serves: 12-16

YOU WILL NEED:
  • 3 cups rice puffs
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • ½ cup SUNBEAM Raisins

  • ¼ cup SUNBEAM Sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp SUNBEAM Sesame Seeds
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Allergens: Recipe may contain gluten, wheat, egg, milk and lactose.

METHOD:
STEP 1.
Combine rice puffs, coconut, cacao, raisins and seeds in a large mixing bowl.
STEP 2.
Place coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a small saucepan and gently heat until melted. Pour onto the dry ingredients and mix well. Press into a 20 x 20cm slice pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into pieces.
Notes: If you’d like crispier rice puffs, place them in a slow oven for 10 minutes to crisp up slightly. If you don’t have rice puffs, replace with rice bubbles.
